We started as freelancers, helping entrepreneurs and small business owners manage their day-to-day tasks. Over time, our dedication, professionalism, and ability to deliver results led us to grow into a trusted VA agency serving clients worldwide.
Our Story
AZsist Solutions was born out of a simple belief entrepreneurs shouldn’t have to do everything alone.
When our founders, Cristal Mae and Jan Michael Usman, started their own small business journey, they experienced the daily grind firsthand managing clients, chasing deadlines, answering endless emails, and trying to grow all at once. They realized what so many entrepreneurs face: there are never enough hours in a day.
Instead of giving up, they asked themselves: What if there was a team that could take the weight off entrepreneurs’ shoulders, so they could focus on the things that really matter growth, creativity, and building relationships?
From that question, AZsist Solutions was created.
We started small just a few passionate virtual assistants helping local entrepreneurs. Business owners loved that we weren’t just “task doers,” but real partners who cared about their success. Over time, we grew into a dedicated team, offering not only virtual assistance but also project management, social media support, technical help, and executive services.
